In July we are again very fortunate to have Ringu Tulku Rinpoche coming to Kamalashila Institute for a five-day summer retreat. This year he will teach the Guru Rinpoche sadhana.
In addition, the retreat will again be accompanied by our resident lama(s) Acharya Lama Kelzang Wangdi and Lama Sönam.

Guru Rinpoche, known as Padmasambhava, is revered as the second Buddha. He brought the teachings of Vajrayana Buddhism to Tibet and overcame the negative forces there to establish the Dharma. The Guru Rinpoche Sadhana is a powerful method for overcoming inner obstacles, activating spiritual energies and receiving profound blessings.

During the retreat there is the precious opportunity to participate in a Guru Rinpoche initiation. This empowerment is a special opportunity to receive Guru Rinpoche’s blessings and strength for your own spiritual development. It is a blessing initiation that can be attended by all who are present on site. Online participation is not possible.
(Those who wish to do so can bring a khatak, a blessing scarf, and an envelope with a donation for Ringu Tulku Rinpoche).

We are very much looking forward to spending time with Rinpoche and you!
