Menpa (Amjee) Namgyal Phunrab will talk about “Work-Life Balance”: Dealing with Stressors and Resilience from the perspective of Tibetan Sowa Rigpa (Healing Art), commonly known as Tibetan Medicine.
He will talk about the root cause, the contributing condition and the healing approach etc. to achieve work-life balance.
Basically it is about how to deal with the stressors and resilience from the Tibetan Sowa Rigpa which has a history of about 2500 years.
