In three sessions Acharya Lama Tenpa Gyaltsen teaches us how we can discover and use the power of mind. Our mind is very powerful – maybe more powerful than we ourselves know. It can make us happy, help us navigate through difficult times, or create more suffering. If we know how to use that power we can develop the skill to direct our mind in any directions we want.
