Angelika Wild-Regel

Dipl. Social Pedagogue and MBSR teacher

Angelika Wild-Regel holds a degree in social pedagogy (FH) and is an MBSR course instructor (University of Massachusetts Medical School, USA, and Institute for Mindfulness, Cologne). She began her mindfulness practice in 1989 under the guidance of Buddhist masters, including Ayya Khema. Today she feels very connected to various Tibetan teachers as well as Thich Nhat Hanh. Since 2003 she has been teaching courses in MBSR and Metta Meditation in Bonn and at the Kamalashila Institute. She is a senior teacher and participates in various trainings. Angelika Wild-Regel teaches only German language courses on the Kamalashila Online Campus.
