Lama Yesche U. Regel has been teaching Buddhist teachings and meditations throughout the German-speaking world since the end of a three-year retreat in 1990. He was an ordained monk of the Karma Kagyu tradition for 16 years. Still inspired by the XVI Karmapa, he was one of the founders of the Kamalashila Institute and the retreat center in Halscheid. Since 2002 Yesche has been living in Langenfeld/Arft and together with Angelika Wild-Regel he has been leading the Buddhist meditation and study center Paramita Bonn since 2005. Lama Yesche U. Regel teaches only German language courses on the Kamalashila Online Campus.
