Community and Sangha

The Kamalashila Institute has been in existence since 1981 and in these decades has had a chequered history as a community with teachers from East and West, of contributors and participants. Occasions such as festivals, meetings and joint practice times are therefore always an opportunity to bring old and new friends of the Institute into contact with the teaching lamas and with each other. For this reason, community meetings are held again and again, often on special occasions.
