At the end of February 2024, the experienced Amjee/Dr. Namgyal Phunrab will give lectures on chronic diseases from the perspective of the Tibetan Sowa Rigpa (art of inner healing).

Sowa Rigpa”, Traditional Tibetan Medicine, is a holistic healing system developed over centuries in Tibet that aims to restore a healthy balance by harmonizing body, mind and spirit. Health is defined as a state of balance of the various energies in the body.

Originating from the pre-Buddhist era of the Bon religion and Indian Ayurveda, the treatment is determined by various diagnostic methods such as pulse, tongue and urine diagnosis. This includes diet, mindset, natural healing plants and external treatments such as massages and cupping.

Menpa (Amjee) Namgyal Phunrab will talk about the causes, influencing factors, holistic approaches and the interrelationship of body and mind that can trigger chronic illnesses.
