The Heart Sutra, or Sutra of Transcendent Knowledge, is one of the most famous Mahayana Buddhist sutras. One of the oft-quoted lines in the sutra is "Form is emptiness, emptiness also is form". By meditating on emptiness, not only can we develop a deeper understanding of reality, but we can also open our minds and hearts. Acharya Lama Kelzang Wangdi not only teaches the Heart Sutra theoretically, but also makes it directly tangible in meditations.
